I know why you’re here.

Like me, you have horrendous habits in your life that are weighing you below sea level. You have good years and bad years, but having all ten of these habits will give you a sure-fire 2020-type year if you’re not careful. So I’m throwing out my best life-jacket for you.

Here are 10 destructive habits I eliminated from my life to keep me from sinking like the Titanic.

  1. I couldn’t stop eating carbs — I know, I’m really starting this off with a fancy diet trick. Lowering your carb intake each day isn’t a fad diet to be honest. It’s something that helps you lose more weight if you do it in baby steps. The fewer carbs you eat, the easier it is to burn calories. Happy body=happy mind.
  2. I never smiled — If you could see my old headshots right now, you’d think I was growling. I hated forcing smiles on my face, so I acted pessimistic every day. I hated encouraging people and it showed.
  3. I binge-watched YouTube videos — I’d cut my days close and only do an hour of work sometimes because I got so caught up in watching my favorite YouTubers. My average screen time on my phone shot through the roof. It’s a wonder I wasn’t deaf hearing all of those times…
