Help In The Form Of Chats

In the latest version of the Instantgo app for iPhone (1.22), we have also added the ability for our users to contact us via chats directly from the mobile app.

By allowing our users to instantly connect with someone of our team in order to answer any questions they might have, we are providing an alternative option to find answers to our self-service Instantgo Help center.

This new feature also allows our users to get the help you need without having to leave the app so they can easily continue and resume what they were doing on the app at the same time.
