Launching Instantgo In Additional Territories
We are happy to report the launch of Instantgo in new territories. We are opening today Canada, Australia, the UK, France and Portugal adding to currently existing countries (United States and Spain). We will continue to gradually release the app in more countries over time.
A global forum for knowledge
Our vision for Instantgo has always been to allow an intelligent and useful exchange of information and knowledge between our users. Opening more countries allows for that exchange to take place on a global level. It also offers our users an access to different type of knowledge, information, point of views and cultures. Finally it creates a global playing field for the value of knowledge, helping the knowledge economy be more efficient and pricing information accordingly.
A world of smart calls and texts
As more and more people have friends and family members spread out around the world, we also offer different features within the app to make our phone calls, texts and chats stand out and more useful. Smart functionalities such as a personalized personal assistant, the autocomplete for sentences, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for messages and questions and people recommendations make the platform a perfect medium to seamlessly get premium and traditional conversations.
As we release the app to more markets, we also work on making the app faster, more efficient. We have recently improve the sound quality and connectivity of the iOS app while improving and simplifying the payment process.
Categories by location
You can find a lot of different professional categories and expertise on Instantgo. The rank in which users appear on each category depends on many variables such as their average ratings, the number of transactions on the platform or their capacity to answer promptly to their customers’ demand.
As we release the app in more countries, we make sure that the experts list that appears for each category varies depending on the geographical location of each user. By default, someone in the United States will not see users that are located far away. A user can still search and find anyone on the platform but the recommendations that are presented and rankings calculated will use location as a factor in order to be as relevant as possible.
