Letting People Know When You Are Available
In the new version of the Instantgo app (1.20), we have significantly improved how notifications are managed and how users can use them themselves to better communicate with others. In other words, not only will you receive better and more timely notifications, you will also be able to send them to others yourself!
Missed call 2.0
When people try to reach you on Instantgo and you are not available, you will receive a traditional “missed call” message. But instead of simply being able to click on this notification and call the other person back, you can now decide if you prefer to let the other party know that you are available to speak with them. No need to call them back and see if they are now available themselves or waste time waiting for an answer. Simply let them know that you are reachable with the touch of a button.
Charging for your time
And because people can easily charge for their time and expertise on Instantgo, you can decide to have a client call you back and compensate you for your time instantly instead of calling them back and charging nothing for that discussion. You can better manage who you want to talk with and what is the interaction you are expecting to have. If these are clients or if you believe they should pay for your time and expertise, you simply notify them that they can now call you back!
