Response Time Rocks For Both Consumers And Experts

We are happy to introduce an indicator for response time on the profile of all users in the latest update of the Instantgo app. This feature has been extensively requested and is now available for all on the platform. Users can finally estimate when they should receive a particular response from someone when asking a question or writing a message.

A critical information

Response time is often a critical information. Our users are not only trying to find who could be the best expert to speak with for a given situation. Most of the time, they also need to know when they can expect an answer to act on it. The difference between response times can help them shape their choice when selecting between different professionals.

For the experts, response time can help them differentiate themselves from others. It can also ensure that clients understand what will be a realistic time before receiving a specific answer. It helps set expectations correctly from the go and avoid confusion.

The response time indicator is calculating by taking the average length a user takes to answer a new chat or question. It doesn’t take into account the response time of voice and video calls. As every statistic, it should only be used only as an indication and not as a definitive measure.

You can find the response time for each user on their profile page as you can see on the example below:

Make sure to download the latest version of the app today to gain access to all the latest features:
