Trust Through Profile Verification
Trust is a fundamental aspect of the knowledge and information exchange happening on Instantgo. We offer now the possibility to let some of our users verify their profile. This is an important step in ensuring that when someone is looking for a specific person, they can be confident that they are actually talking with the right individual. The new verification seal appears on the latest version of the Instantgo app (1.33) on users’ profile. The verification mark will also appear on the public profile pages of the website. In many situations, users want to make sure that they are actually talking with the right person. On Instantgo, users decide how much they want to charge for their time and knowledge over the phone, chats and texts. This ability to price for the value of one’s time offers an incentive for many different people to give their time on the platform. When a user needs to be connected to a particular person, having a verified profile helps the other party ensure that the money and time spent over the phone is with the right party.
