Changing The Way We Ask Questions And Provide Answers
The latest version of Instantgo (v1.29) comes with a new serie of features that lets you ask questions to others, track intelligently who still owes you an answer and even offers you a chance to get paid for answering questions. All of this happens in the app while artificial intelligence trains your personal assistant to answer your questions by itself in the future. Pretty neat.
Asking and answering questions
We have simplified to a maximum the time it takes to send a question to someone or to a group of people. The system autocompletes your question so you can type if faster.
When someone receives a question, they will see it appear in their list of pending questions to be answered. It’s an easy way to see everything you need to answer and act on it.
By the same token, you can easily check all the questions you have sent in the past. There you can intelligently track all the new answers you have received and the questions that are still left unanswered. You can also search for every questions that were previously answered so you can easily access that knowledge if you already had that question resolved.
Getting paid for your answers
With Instantgo you set the price you want to charge others for your time and knowledge. You simply need to define who should be paying you and who can contact you for free. Then you set the rate you charge per minute for a phone call as well as the rate you want to charge per text messages and questions.
When a person wants to ask you a question, they will see the rate at which you are willing to answer questions. You will get paid every time you answer a specific question. Users will get a chance to review your answers and give you a rating on their quality. People that can contact you for free won’t need to pay for questions and won’t be able to give you a rating.
Training your personal assistant
Every time you answer a question, artificial intelligence (AI) associates it in the system with that specific question. This allows you to use your personal assistant (read here about the use of artificial intelligence in the app) to answer similar questions in the future automatically. You are able to customize your bot to give it a unique name and let it know when it should answer your questions. You can always deactivate it whenever you want. Your personal assistant will also suggest answers for you when turned on.
Even more intelligent
The new questions and answers features are useful for anyone who is constantly getting inundated by questions or needs to have answers and wants to easily track them. But the new features don’t stop here. They go one step further. Whenever you ask a question, you will be able to see who recently discussed a similar topic amongst your contacts and other users on the platform (you obviously don’t know the nature of their discussions, just the fact that they might be knowledgeable about the specific topic in your question).
This technology allows you to better decide who might actually be the best person to answer the question you had in mind. Our tests have shown that for many people, they end up sending their questions to someone different than they originally planned. Artificial intelligence (AI) also helps them get a better answer which is really what matters.
