As soon as you get started with your new assistant, you can customize it by giving it the name you want and setting the level of confidence it needs to have before answering a question. The higher the number, the more sure your AI assistant needs to be of its answer before answering a question.

You also set in the artificial intelligence settings the time you want the assistant to wait before replying for you. Some people like their bot to answer immediately while other want a time of inactivity before the system takes over. In any case, you can activate or deactivate your bot at any time.

There are several simple and intuitive ways to train your personal bot:

1. Answering questions: every time you answer a question that was sent to you, you automatically train your assistant on your answers.
2. Chatting: when you are texting with Instantgo, you can press on any bubble and send that specific information to your assistant. You then simply create a question and associate it to save it for future use.
3. Associating questions: by helping the community associates questions, you make sure your assistant answers questions for you even if they were not associated with a previous question and answer relationship.
4. Create a question: you can add as many questions and answers yourself.

Your personal assistant is configured to be able to answer questions for you when you are not available. It can also suggest answers to questions when you are personally replying your texts. The artificial intelligence system uses your past answers and automatically learns how to associate similar questions in order to give an answer even if you have never inserted that precise question in the past.
