This is the ongoing journal of my personal awakening and that of the Love YOUniversity (TM) tribe with the help of The Love You Method (TM). Through up to date and un-edited realness, I hope to help you walk through your own awakening with more balance, love and ease in all core areas of life and business.
Layers.
Strata.
Stuff —
built up over time,
like sands blowing in a desert,
forming the dunes.
Covering every surface in sight.
That is how things have been for me
until now.
Now I choose a new way.
The stuff has been my protection
from a highly-sensitive body,
from worry of danger.
But what if there is no danger?
What if this is a gift?
I can trust
my body will give me a heads up
when something is off,
so I can adjust course.
Thank you body,
for all you have done
and continue to do.
I’ve been drowning you out,
and I choose to listen now.
I choose to give space.
This will be a learning process.
I may fall down,
I may slip into old habits.
And that is ok.
That is part of the journey.
I am here now,
and we will move forward together.
