This is the ongoing journal of my personal awakening. Through up to date and un-edited realness, I hope to help you walk through your own awakening with more balance, love and ease.

If there were no one left to offend, upset, or disappoint who would I become?*

I would dance every day and everywhere I went — like that guy on YouTube dance-walking down the street. I would dance in bed, I would dance in the kitchen, I would dance in the car and everywhere I went. I would dance in the morning and in the evening. I would flow with the movements of the day. I would flow with the movements bursting to come out of me. I would flow with the feelings that are always there and will never go away, because they aren’t supposed to go away. They are my truth and I am here to dance my truth and share it with the world. Even if they don’t get it, or think it’s weird.

Weird is good — that is where we push the boundaries of what is allowed to exist. And all is allowed to exist if we flow.
