Sinking Into Time

Music — Exhale by Plumb

This is the ongoing journal of my personal awakening. Through up to date and un-edited realness, I hope to help you walk through your own awakening with more balance, love and ease.

I sink into the movement of time as it flies past me — speeds by,
when I dance in the eye
of the storm.

I don’t know where I’m going —
one move flows from the next spontaneously.
As if my body has a mind of its own.

My hand.
My heart.
My arm.
My leg.

Each can think and feel and move into what is there in the moment,
and slide fluidly into the space in front of me.
Where does that space go?

I don’t know but I want to see,
to climb that tree.
Into my mind.
