This is the ongoing journal of my personal awakening. Through up to date and un-edited realness, I hope to help you walk through your own awakening with more balance, love and ease.

To the pain in my right hip,
I wrap you in love.
To the twinge in my right knee,
I wrap you in love.
To the burning ball of nerves in my right calf,
I send you love.
To the dull ache in my right ankle,
I send you love.

I send you all love —
wrapped round you like a blanket.
I hold you close to my heart,
a precious companion.
You are part of me,
and I have been pushing you away.
I take responsibility for that and I’m here now.
You are not alone.
Together we can do this.

To the tension in the entire left side of my body —
I see you were trying to protect me,
to shield me from the pain on the right side.
I send you love too.
Misguided though it may be
you are trying to protect me
and I appreciate that.

I am here now.
I can carry the weight.
I can do the work.
I can take over and you can relax.
Take a breath and relax into me.
Let go the constant vigilance
and rest your head.
I wrap you in a blanket of love.

Both sides — pain and tension.
Both trying to get my attention
about something I’ve been ignoring.
I hear you.
I see you.
I am here to do the work.
And I send you all my love.
Breathe, and relax into the flow.
