Solutions From Within the Paradigm of Separation Never Resolve the Cause
From this paradigm of separation where individuals are operating as being only a separate-self, we see many undesirable behaviors, which we then try to change or correct, yet still within the same paradigm of separation. So, as we correct undesirable behaviors, we see that more and more are newly created, this is because the people are still operating from the perception of being separate, where some level of abuse, harm, and destruction is permissible to getting what they want for themselves.
We can look around to see how people in groups treat each other differently than those not in the group, whether it’s a family, gang, social group, religious, political, sports related, or anything special interest. It’s easy to see from our own experience that people within a group of most any sort will tend to treat those in the group in a preferred manner, as they are all there under a common bond, and common idea.
If an individual in the group starts to question the general group idea or agreement, then they are perceived as being different from “us”, and no longer “one of us”, no longer treated as “one of us”.
When our self-identity is, to a great degree, based on what we do, have done, believe, or feel good about, then we more easily align with individuals who have one or more of these in common with us, and the people who are aligning with different ideas are commonly seen as “The others”, as “Them or They”.
