The Push and Pull of Weight Loss Dieting

Ever since I wrote about how I only eat 1,200 calories per day, I’ve been trying to swallow my embarrassment, and talk about what my weight loss journey has been like. I’ve lost over 30 pounds since January.

To be completely honest with you, my diet has stagnated since summer hit. I told myself that I’d get strictly back on my diet after I got back from Italy.
