Charging the mobile with solar energy
During these days with the challenge of living with less energy, I noticed that one of the more required energy needs is recharging electronic devices. Each day I charge my phone at least once, but some days I also need to charge my iPad and my computer, depending our how much I use them.
Doing the calculation my phone requires 12,38 Wh (0,012 kWh) and each day takes approximately one hour or one hour and a half to charge. I did simple mathematics and I realized that each month my phone will need to be connected to the energy for 30 to 42 hours and if I summed up the energy that needs my computer and my iPad…that’s a lot of time and a lot of energy!
So looking for a solution I remember that some weeks ago I found an incredible Power Bank on Amazon and it works with solar energy. It just needs a sunlight ray to start charging, it can store energy but also can charge different kinds of devices. Of course takes more time to charge but is an excellent opportunity to use renewable energies to supply an everyday need.
I also recommend it to journey to a place without energy!
