Cooking for multiple meals

I love cooking and I use the cookers almost everyday. So I’m trying to cook less.

I cooked two vegetables salad pies in the oven at once: in this way I have at least six ready meals, without having to turn on the stove or the oven for the next three day or so. (I cooked them three days ago and actually I’ve never turn on the stove during these days!!).

Of couse in order to not to eat every day the same thing, I eat them at every meal accompanied with different cold side dishes. These savory pies are also handy because I can take them to the university easily in a tupperware.
