Day 3 — Meditation with candlelights

This was a very stressful week.

I faced moving to a new house with a lot of thoughts in my head. I felt the need to change attitude for the next months.

During my bachelor I found peace in meditating, but I always used a lot of videos and before I could find the perfect one it took me A LOT of time.

This time I thought about using this challenge to change my habits, so I used my little candle and I actually stopped using my table lamp and lights (my roommate was not so happy…)!

Also, I decided to chose the first video I could find to not waste the last 30% of battery of my laptop (that I charged at university).

It was really a good experience, actually!
