On the first day of my energy saving practice, I searched some ways to save energy that would not reduce the quality of our lives, to be put into practice in the following week.

In fact, there is no need to set the temperature too low, the appropriate temperature is good, the human body is generally comfortable with the temperature of 25 ° — 27 °, and the appropriate temperature does not make the temperature difference between people entering and leaving the room too large.

It is best to let hot things cool before taking them into the fridge. If you want to create ice cubes or frozen drinks, it is best to first also cool the drinks to room temperature first and put them in the fridge before going to bed. Because you won’t be opening the fridge all the time at night, power consumption is reduced.

Tips4:soak the clothes in water before putting into washing machine

Before washing clothes in the washing machine, you should soak the clothes in water with washing powder for 20 minutes, so that the stains are easier to wash off, and then use the washing machine to agitate, which can reduce the spinning time of the washing machine.

Start saving energy by doing small things and forming habits that will last for a long time. I think this is a very meaningful action.
