Reduce cooking time

I’m an avid Chinese food lover, but because I’m not a good cook I often choose to eat at restaurants or order take-out, so maybe I use less energy at home, but personally, that’s one part of the savings I can make.

What kind of food is the most energy-efficient? The first thing that comes to mind is salad. The vegetables only need to be washed briefly, and the meat in the salad only needs to be sautéed for a short time, making it seem much more energy efficient than the high heat of Chinese food.
So I set out to try salad — a food I wouldn’t have tried before because I had a hard time with the texture of it. I put in as much olive oil and cheese as I could to improve its texture.

But it wasn’t my favorite food after all, and every two or three days I would miss Chinese food in particular, but I’m not good at cooking, so I came up with a great idea — go to a friend’s house for dinner. There were four of us at my friend’s house, but they cooked a lot of food at a time and often couldn’t finish it, so I thought maybe having me on board would prevent waste.
Just like before when I went to school, I didn’t use my electric scooter but took the train instead.

Dinner at my friend’s house

Going to a friend’s house twice a week might be a good option.
