Bonita Real Estate Group, developing the most privileged places in Dominican Republic
Last month we held a cocktail party at the Embassy Garden lounge of the Hotel El Embajador on Thursday, July 18, 2019, to launch our new brand, Bonita Real Estate Group, dedicated to the real estate development of the most privileged places in the Dominican Republic.
Our founding partners, Manuel Lara Hernández and Javier Lara Reinhold made the presentation of the Bonita brand.
Mr. Manuel Lara Hernández, President of the Group, stressed that Bonita Real Estate Group is the result of the integration of all activities related to real estate operations that have been developed for more than 15 years, which have been channeled through various companies of which the Lara family owns or shares.
He also shared the principles and values that underpin the philosophy of the business group; noted that:

For his part, Javier Lara Reinhold, Executive Vice President, presented some of the places where they have developed successful projects, such as Los Cocos, The Aquamarine, and Playa Apartments in, Playa Bonita, Las Terrenas; and the new projects to be developed Bonita Hills, and Bonita Gardens. In Santo Domingo, he presented the Riviera Colonial and Novoparc projects; both referents in urban planning. The most recent foray into the industrial real estate sector, through the Novodepósitos brand, which will offer warehouses for storage.
