Each Team Liquid Promo D1SK mirrors a Wave 2 Mega D1SK while replacing the non-rare Illuvitar with a unique Team Liquid Illuvitar, which has 108 potential combinations based on:

- 2 Finishes (Holo & Non-Holo)
- 3 Possible Expressions (Common, Uncommon, Rare)
- 1 Background Tier (Stage 1, 2 , or 3)
