How to add LlamaNodes Polygon Endpoints to MetaMask | For Beginners
Get started here for FREE with two easy options:
Option 1: Use the public API key https://polygon.llamarpc.com and input it into your dApp or wallet.
Option 2: Create a custom API Key, with your very own usage dashboard! Add it in with the steps below or follow these instructions in our docs:
- Go to the LlamaNodes website to create your custom end-point here.
- Open MetaMask and Click “Add Network” (Network tab — top button, next to fox icon).
- Click “Add a network manually”.
- Input relevant information in the required fields. Example:
Network name: POLYGON Llama (or anything you’d like to call it)
New RPC URL: https://polygon.llamarpc.com/rpc/YOUR-API-KEY (also called Project ID)
Chain ID: 137
Currency Symbol: MATIC
Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/ - Click “save”.
- All done! Now you can go monitor your RPC usage with your dedicated dashboard!
