In honor of the opening of SurveyGizmo’s new Canadian data center, I set out to create content to alleviate the confusion around working with software as a service (SaaS) companies who may or may not be storing data in a way that is compliant with local and federal governments.
The biggest challenge? Reading through official legal documents from the Canadian government. Second biggest challenge? Getting IT to put InDesign on my laptop.
