A curious mind knows no limits. It drives us to go further, explore more and learn more about our world and work. To us as learning providers, it’s always inspiring to see this characteristic in our learners.

According to Marcus Fernando, Manager of Learning and Development at One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives, his team is always curious about the new content on the Lobster Ink platform. And this is evident in the spectacular subject completion rates they’ve achieved during the month of June: An impressive 2,298 subjects with an average score of 80%.

The Learning and Development team at the One&Only Reethi Rah also plays an essential role in working closely with the learners and Head of Departments to drive the Lobster Ink learning process.

Because the training is interactive and can be easily customized, Fernando highlighted the value of exposing learners to a diverse learning style and the importance of instantly implementing what they have learned.
