Funky Fusion of Sports

3. Calisthenics
Now not all would know about this, or maybe not know the term but know the idea behind it. It includes gross motor movements in a rhythm which increases body flexibility, fitness, and overall strength. Pulling yourself on a metal rod when an adolescent is included too! While using your body weight for resistance, can provide muscular and aerobic conditioning to improve balance, coordination, and agility.
