LockTrip Mobile Apps alpha pre-release (.APK) download
As most of our members know, we have been working very hard to make the LockTrip mobile apps a reality.
The idea is to provide another seamless way for people to make bookings without the need to open their browsers, navigate to our site login etc.
We are ready with our first alpha version, which is the result of thousands of hours of work. Since this is a pre-release alpha version of the apps, please note that there are still a lot of bug fixes and stability improvements to be made. Similar like the course of development for our website marketplace, improvements will follow immediately, with the first couple of weeks to have a lot of stability fixes that would make a significant marginal improvement in the overall looks, feels and functionality.
The current alpha has the following main features (as well as known and pending fixing stability issues):
- User registration (working stable)
- Wallet creation (Stable — with slightly longer loading time due to the security process through which we are executing the wallet creation)
- Splash screen login — stable with exception of Facebook Login. That feature is not yet implemented and is scheduled for the next update for this Wednesday.
- login/session management (stable)
- Wallet balance display (stable)
- User profile area (stable with most of the features not being editable yet)
- Hotels Search functionality (Stable)
- Booking capability with payment (Stable)
- Messaging capability (partially implemented)
- My trips (Stable)

Please keep in mind that we will be releasing a number of updates on that version throughout the week and will be updating the link in this post with a log on the updated versions.

We have already applied for an iOS publisher are at the final verification. Once approved, we will immediately submit the iOS alpha for publishing there as well. A realistic ETA would be mid next week.
