Attracting FantasticStay as a partner just before the main token generation event on October 29th, 16:00 GMT, is amazing for LockChain and all the users. This will get us work directly with a very nice sample of approximately 10,000 properties.

As you all know, in order to be able to deliver the proof of concept and to meet our road map, we are planning to develop an alpha version of the booking engine and support it in public until the main one is ready. We’ll run the pilot marketplace with 300 premium vacation rentals. They are located in the most wanted destinations across the globe — London, Paris, Rome, Miami, Boston, Punta Cana to name a few.

The decision to attract FantasticStay as a partner was intentional and strategic. We believe that working with a smaller company which is much more flexible, will allow us to achieve the integration speed we need for the alpha version and the time efficiency necessary to build more complex architecture of the main engine and LOC ledger.

Developing and launching the pilot app is our top priority at the moment as we are willing to enable all of you to book your next stay with your newly acquired — LOC token.

In the meantime, we are also allocating resources towards closing deals with international hotel chains. The team is making good progress there as well. This is only in addition to the hundreds of single property owners’ applications for listing on the marketplace, which hit our mail and message inboxes on a daily basis.
