Removing LOC prices for unregistered users

Current situation:

If you are not logged into your marketplace account, search results display price quotes in LOC only.

This is because rate parity agreements prohibit us from displaying fiat prices publicly due to our highly competitive offers.

Only after logging in, fiat prices are showing up:

Proposal:

Instead of seeing LOC prices, unregistered/unlogged users will see a powerful marketing trigger prompting the users to (

“Login to take advantage of our exclusive members-only discounts.”

This should have a strong effect on the conversion rate of new sign-ups, since even if there is no booking involved, a person will have to create an account in order to explore the amazing discounts available at locktrip.com.

And since our affiliate system is based on new user sign-up /acquisition, this change should also provide an additional boost to affiliates.

Arguments:

• Reduces confusion among new, non-crypto users regarding “LOC”
• Currently, some users feel lost with the LOC quotes and do not realize the necessity to register
• Improves conversion rates for affiliates
