Lana put the final touches on setting the table. It was her and Charlie’s one-year wedding anniversary. She’d dressed all in black in her best evening dress.
Lana had made all of his favorites for dinner and even bought the expensive wine he liked to drink.
She turned the lights off, lit the candles, and put on the soft music. It was a perfect atmosphere.
Lana pushed the wheelchair to the table. She had Charlie’s corpse strapped in tight so he wouldn’t fall out. The knife’s handle still stuck out from where his heart once beat two days ago.
