A Drabble is a 100-word short fictional story. You’ve got to ramble with words and form a nice, intriguing plot.
Word of the day: Dragon
The sky blazed crimson as Ryuuko faced the colossal dragon. “You think you can stop me?” she shouted, her blade shimmering with ethereal energy.
The dragon’s eyes glowed fiercely. “Foolish human. Many tried, but they failed.”
She smirked, tightening her grip. “I’ve got something they didn’t.”
With a roar, the dragon unleashed a torrent of flames. Ryuuko dashed forward, slicing through the inferno with a single, swift motion. The dragon’s eyes widened in surprise.
“Impossible!” it bellowed.
Ryuuko stood atop its head, victorious. “For my village, for my family. You’re done.”
The beast fell silent, and a legend was reborn.
The drabble is inspired by CJ Coop's drabble drop challenge and its associated word “dragon.”
