This conference aims to empower participants in the sharing economy through BC technology. In addition, it also brings together Asian leaders of the blockchain industry to discuss how blockchain is revolutionizing the Sharing Economy, and share their visions and predictions for the future of the industry.

Notable speakers and guests that will grace this ground-breaking conference include:

Mr Faris Owels: UN BC Commissioner, Smart Cities
Ms Susan Poole: Co-Chair, the EU’s BC Observatory
MS Aarti Tandon: Executive Director, Smart Cities New York
Mr Jorge Saraiva: Co-Leader, EU Smart Cities and Communities
Dr Walter Tonetto: Vice-Chairman, The Global BC Application Research
Mr Cordell Carter: Executive Director, Socrates Program
Mr Will Lee: Chief Executive Officer, Blue Whale Foundation

Being a strong believer in the sharing economy, LogisticsX will be enlisting freelancers to perform duties as collection points (“Parker”) and free-lancer couriers (“Runner”) to further enhance and transform the current last-mile logistics ecosystem.

It is a great pleasure to be invited by Blue Whale Foundation to attend this meaningful event. We aim to collaborate with more partners from the sharing economy ecosystem to uphold a fair, transparent and rewarding system to entice more involvement and contributions. This will greatly benefit the establishment of LogisticsX ecosystem.

About LogisticsX

LogisticsX aims to utilise blockchain technology to create a decentralised platform that will tackle the challenges in the last-mile logistics. It is envisioned that the trustless nature of the platform will provide the foundation for a harmonized ecosystem between the different stakeholders involved in the last-mile process. LogisticsX will introduce sharing economy into the ecosystem, utilizing untapped space (Parker) and time (Runner) to further enhance the efficiency.

LogisticsX envisions to set forth the global common standard for the connection between logistics stakeholders to increase efficiency in a global parcel delivery network.
