Logitech Tap Scheduler

Logitech Tap Scheduler is a purpose-built scheduling panel that makes it easy to find and claim the right meeting space.

Connectivity

Logitech Tap Scheduler connects to your network and is a Type 1, Class 3 PoE Device. When connected via ethernet cable to a PoE-enabled network or switch, both data and power are delivered via a single ethernet cable. When using a PoE Injector for power, Tap Scheduler can be configured to receive data via ethernet or WiFi.

Platform Compatibility

Logitech Tap Scheduler works in conjunction with third-party room scheduling solutions as a scheduling panel for meeting spaces. Prior to customer shipment, Tap Scheduler is tested and pre-configured with these third-party solutions to ensure a consistent and quality user experience.

Note:

Tap Scheduler DOES NOT connect directly to O365. It connects to the Room Accounts for each particular platform. O365 integration happens within the Room Account.

Certification programs offered by certain partners like Microsoft, Zoom, and Logitech help ensure a reliable user experience for enterprise-grade video conferencing.

AppSpace, Meetio, and Robin integrate with Google Calendar and are certified as room-scheduling solutions for Google Workspace.

Licensing

Logitech Tap Scheduler works in conjunction with third-party room scheduling solutions as a scheduling panel for meeting spaces licensing for each platform (listed above) would be obtained through those platforms.

Information on setting up scheduling displays for:

Teams —

Each Teams panel needs a Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro license or a Teams Shared Device license. The license you use depends on how you’re going to use your Teams panel:

Teams Rooms Pro — Use this license if your meeting room has a Teams Rooms system or a Surface Hub. You can share one Teams Rooms Pro license with one Teams Rooms system or Surface Hub and your Teams panel. For more information, see Resource account provisioning.

Teams Shared Device — Use this license if your meeting room doesn’t have a Teams Rooms system or Surface Hub.

Mounting Options

The Tap Scheduler includes the mount in the box. The included mounting solution will mount the Tap Scheduler to glass, mullions, and walls.
