[LOKH] OBT: Don’t Miss These Updates
It’s been quite a journey since our Closed Beta Test (CBT) in May 2025. With the Open Beta Test (OBT) now here, we’re introducing a number of exciting new features and overhauls to make your LOK Hunters experience even more dynamic and rewarding.
Here’s a breakdown of the biggest changes you’ll see in OBT.
Hunter’s Token ($HT)
As introduced before, Hunters Token ($HT) will be the heart of our Dynamic Play-to-Earn system. $HT can only be earned through gameplay via Daily Quests and and Kingdom Quests
What’s $HT?
- 🎮 Earned only through gameplay, not holding or farming
- 💎 Extracted using Diamonds, earned via Daily and Kingdom Quests
- ⏳ Expires each season, ensuring resets and fairness
- 🔐 Non-tradable, keeping it safe from bots and speculation
- 📊 Used only to calculate $A2Z rewards — not for trading
How Can You Earn $HT
Play the game to earn Diamonds; Extract Diamonds into $HT!
- Any player can complete Daily Quest to earn Diamonds every day!
- Kingdom Quest is another main source of Diamonds. It is a series of seasonal quests designed to guide you through LOK Hunters gameplay.

Equipment System Overhaul
- Low-tier weapons can now be evolved to the next grade once they reach max level.
- Max levels for low-tier weapons have been reduced, making it easier to reach the requirement of evolution.
During the CBT, we noticed that lower-tier weapons often outshined higher-tier ones, which made advanced gear feel less valuable. This overhaul ensures that higher-tier weapons now have the edge they deserve.
New Update: Accessory
- Accessories were added as a new type of equipment. They possess unique stats that cannot be found in other equipment.
- These unique stats include armor penetration, mortality chance, and many more!
- Merge the accessories to evolve to a higher tier.

New Update: Gem System
- Attach gems to different parts of your equipment to fine-tune your build.
- Merge the gems to evolve to a higher tier.
- The gem inventory maxes out at 500. Don’t forget to merge gems to save space! Merging can be done directly from your inventory UI.
Gems are the keystone of customizing your equipments!
Companion System Overhaul
- 60 companions are waiting for you in OBT, with unique companions available in each tier.
- Low-tier companions can now be evolved to the next grade once they reach max level.
