Crypto Organic Funding Strategy

As some of you may know we are raising funding for our crypto project https://loldex.io in a very bearish market.

In order to overcome the generally negative sentiment, the LOLDEX team is following what we are calling the organic marketing approach.

This strategy involves the following key ideas:

  1. Thought leadership in the crypto market

Trying to add value to the community by writing interesting articles that have insight and research behind them. With this in mind, we have been preparing interesting articles that don’t necessarily focus on crypto exchanges but with the whole crypto market in mind. Finally, we want to engage with crypto communities and become part of the conversation.

2. Being real with video

We have started a YouTube channel and have been slowly adding content that is hopefully thought-provoking, real and full of real people giving their insights and value to the community. We are also looking to do video interviews with influencers, etc.

3. Building something new and needed

Our project has come about from our own experiences of trying to launch ICO’s and bring new tokens to the market. We have found that centralization is still very much evident in a world that promised us decentralization. With this in mind, we are trying to genuinely build a project that is truly decentralized and serves the community through its dex protocol.

The importance of Timing

Timing is also key to this strategy and we are trying to give ourselves time to build up the recognition versus coming in with a traditional big bang marketing approach. The crypto market is very bearish currently and we are looking to establish our credentials overtime versus with a marketing hype that could potentially be driven by spending a bunch of money.

The pre-auction sale

A small pre-auction sale amount has been set to give our team time to get the word out and give the community a taste for our project.

The highest ICO sale was EOS who used an auction to engage the community. We feel this approach is one of the strongest forms of doing fundraising in any crypto market.

We hope by sharing our marketing approach we can learn from the community and in the future, if we are successful with this approach, other projects can learn from us.
