The same goes with your life, if you spend the majority of your life doing drugs and other nasty things which are termed as “superb”, you certainly will miss out on those things which you might have achieved had you stayed away from these things.

They give you temporary enjoyment but don’t last long, after the hangover is over you are again in the same condition.

Solutions to the problems aren’t found by running away from them, but rather by staying there and fighting them. If drugs were a solution to the problems, why didn’t the whole world resort to them?

Here are the 7 habits that if you do daily, will shape your future:-

  1. Read Daily

This might sound uninteresting to you but reading a few pages daily has numerous benefits.

Firstly, it improves your vocabulary, secondly, you get to know more about the world. This way one keeps getting wiser every day. The more you read, the more trained your mind gets. Books are the weights for your brain.

What exercise does to the body, books do the same to the brain.

2. Time Management

Time and Tide waits for none, it's a famous saying which tells us about the importance of time. What you do with your time tells about how your life is gonna be.

1 minute wasted today could lead to hours of crying in the future.

You need to utilize your time properly to make your life worth it, or else you would be amongst the ones who keep complaining to others that they are responsible for their messy condition.

Once the time has passed, you have nothing in your hands. You can now just keep crying over the past and just keep saying that if I had done this well, life would have been different and other relevant stuff.

3. Anger Management

Having control over our emotions is our biggest weapon.

When used properly, nothing can stop you from conquering the world. When we are young, we don’t have control over our emotions, get angry easily, and then regret it in later years of our life had I spoken politely the results would’ve been different.

Rather than regretting it later, have control over them.

Drink a glass of water or do some deep breathing exercises whenever you feel angry. This helps cool down the anger.

4. Wake up Early

When it comes to waking up early, most of you would say that it's just overrated, and that isn’t true at all. But what I have felt is different.

When you wake up when the whole world is asleep, it's an altogether different feeling.

The thing that I do after waking up early is, work out. When everyone is sleeping, the cold breeze is there, one gets the feeling of being a king.

Nothing can match that feeling. Whenever I am somewhat later than that time, I get frustrated.

5. Get Proper Rest

Getting sound sleep is the best healer of the majority of our problems.

Most of health issues can be resolved by getting adequate rest and proper nutrition. Sleep and diet are those secret healers which if done properly, will never let you rush toward the doctor.

Without proper rest, the body’s functioning capacity decreases, which ultimately leads you to take some tablets which in the end, will make you an addict.

What if you slept a sound sleep? had these conditions been there then?

6. Eat Healthy

As we get older, our body condition starts deteriorating. We start getting ill frequently. The doctor prescribes we eat vitamins and minerals, which we didn’t eat while we were young.

During our youth, junk food excites us and healthy food looks dull.

If at that time, we don’t go with the flow and focus on our health, our conditions in old age can be altogether different.

7. Work Out

Whatever your goals in life are, you won’t be able to achieve them if your body isn’t healthy.

Working out doesn’t mean going to the gym or lifting weights, it can be anything, like playing some sports, jogging, or even doing the household chores comes under working out.

I daily spend 2 hours in the gym to achieve my dream body of mine.

Not everyone has the goal to look muscular, you can work out in other ways also. But, at least give 45 mins daily to your body. Think of your body as a car, the more you get it serviced, the longer it will last.

Final Words

With this, let's bring an end to this article. These were the daily habits that I adopted and have seen considerable improvement in me. I would suggest you follow these habits at least for a month, and you will be an altogether different person.
