You have the Completely Wrong Info on Fat


DO: Start eating whole eggs (stop taking out the yoke), eat avocado, eat your steaks. All in all, eat good fats.

WHY: Drop the notion that FAT is bad for you. Understand that FAT is actually good for you and is necessary for your body to operate at peak abilities. Without fat, your body’s hormonal system will go to shit.

If we took out carbohydrates from your diet and kept fat and protein intake, you will actually survive and prosper. If we took out either PROTEIN or FAT, your body’s overall system will start to wither and decay. This means that our body actually prioritizes protein & fat and can survive without carbohydrates. Seriously.

We can discuss the other methods that we can use to manipulate body composition by tweaking our fat and carbohydrate intake later.

But for now, lets just remember that FAT is not as bad as everyone makes it seem.
