Free phone consultations for Pune residents in response to COVID-19.

We’ve mobilized our team to offer free phone consults and medicine delivery to Pune residents, free of charge until May 31st.

We recognize this is an incredibly difficult time for our members and community, and the Loop Health team thought hard about how we can best serve our members and the greater Pune community. As I write this, there are 9,318 confirmed COVID cases across Maharashtra, 1233 in Pune, and many more untested.

It’s never been more important for Pune residents to get the medical attention they need while staying at home. Until May 30th, any Pune resident can download the Loop Health app and get unlimited chat and one free phone consultation with our team of doctors. If any medicines are required, we’ve also launched a medicine delivery and at-home blood testing service. These services are available Monday-Saturday from 9am-9pm.

Our Loop Doctors are experienced, MBBS Family Physicians trained specifically on telemedicine and WHO guidelines. They and our broader team are working around the clock to answer queries and do phone consultations in response to COVID-19.
