Rule：
- Complete the Loopring layer2 orderbook transaction through the OpenOceanPro, the cumulative transaction amount should be greater than 100USDT, and then you can participate in the lucky draw.
- We will randomly select 200 lucky addresses after the event, and each address will be rewarded with 66 LRC.
- The rewards will be distributed to the winners’ layer 2 accounts within 2 days after the event ends.
- Loopring and OpenOcean reserve the right of final decision and interpretation of the rules above.
