Loose Words

Lose Yourself

I might have ridden the tower high

I lost four hours of my life
under the Eiffel Tower.
It was the smuggled hash in wool socks
before our jets were javelins

and you could carry a package
through customs without your name
on the box, said the man
who waited with me in the glass room
