The Abandoned Dolls

A reflection about childhood

Every time I speak to my parents, I am left with a poem which I need to write, they remember my childhood because of colours, grey eyes, red hair, and skin white like milk.

That’s how they describe me and my middle sister, while for the other sister they have stories about her childhood. Sometimes I feel me and my middle sister, we both were those dolls
