Weekly Project Highlight — Avalanche Games
GameFi assets can be issued or created as NFTs in the blockchain (also known as NFT minting). Which can be traded on various marketplaces that support the blockchain it was minted from. This allows players to have full control over their assets, with authenticity and verifiable ownership. However, it can be inconvenient for users to find such a marketplace that supports multiple blockchains.
Fortunately, Lootex marketplace supports multiple blockchains. In this article, we are going to cover the 5 GameFi projects within Lootex that use the fastest smart contract platform in the blockchain industry — Avalanche.
Crabada is an Undersea world, Idle-game filled with fierce fighting Hermit-Crabs called Crabada. Crabada can be bred, and used in games to earn cryptocurrencies with real value. Using teams comprised of 3 Crabada, players can play to earn the in-game currency, TUS.
“Crabada” are productive assets which can be deployed into the various mines of the undersea world. Players must first form a Mining Party (comprising 3 Crabada). The hardworking Crabada will begin the process of mining treasure without any supervision required from players.
There are six crab factions, each with unique strengths and abilities which are inherited through breeding. Players can choose from eight classes of Crabada, with each class containing eight Breed Types that have unique skill sets in battle. Players can bring out the maximum potential of the team by balancing the composition of Crabada classes, choosing complementary Factions, combining skill synergies, and positioning their Crabada strategically in battle.
Chikn is an Idle and Active gaming with upgradable NFTs on Avalanche. The team has built on the stability of Tri-Token architecture — which was designed to create a perpetual value-loop and liquidity growth. Not only for chikn, but also for all future NFT projects & play-to-earn games to launch within chikn.farm. The team has introduced $EGG (Governance) and $FEED(Utility) token, with a third token to be introduced soon.
The “Roost” is where the first layer of idle-gameplay happens. Simply Roost-ing your chikn will automatically give you $EGG. For a chikn to lay more eggs daily, a chikn must become bigger through $FEED. Farming $feed, a token of infinite supply — is executed by staking $egg, and/or $egg LP tokens on chikn.farm.
Their team is focused on building the first ever gamified farming through their “FarmLand”. FarmLand will be the key to maximizing rewards across the entire Chikn ecosystem. By interacting directly with its metadata, this permanently upgradeable NFT allows players to harvest more rewards from EGG-LP tokens — distributed through their native LP Farms. The concept of this game is pretty straightforward, everyone is familiar with Chikns laying eggs. And the gameplay of this is pretty similar with traditional farm methods.
Heroes Chained (HC) is a fantasy action RPG game where the player becomes a Guild Master and gathers heroes. The team introduces the “Play And Earn” concept to GameFi, challenging the play-to-earn concept. Their team strongly believes that a game should be fun and addicting rather than focusing on the usual earning concept of play-to-earn.
The game offers players countless heroes with different classes, races and genes with many abilities and spells; and the breeding system to create new unique heroes. Players can explore a massive fantastic world with many different locations, hidden dungeons, treasures, monsters and creatures.
There will be PvE and PVP modes and players will be able to craft weapons and armor which can increase the power of their heroes. These can also be sold, traded, and rented. As the player explores the vast world and discovers new locations, they will be able to buy the land with nodes that generate valuable resources for the player. These resources can vary from HeC tokens, crafting materials and resources required for upgrades.
The Imperium metaverse is a 3rd person RTS game that features a wide variety of PvE and PvP gameplay, where players team-to-earn by joining a guild of friends to conquer the metaverse and build their empires.
Spaceships are the core assets and each player’s spaceship fleet is their visual representation in game. There will be a wide variety of spaceship classes for players to purchase and use to achieve different goals in the metaverse
In order to give players the thrill of making high stakes combat decisions, the play-to-earn rewards from PvP will be much higher compared to the PvE gameplay. Apart from battling with other players to fight for lucrative resources scattered throughout the combat zone and war zone of the imperium metaverse, guilds can take control of territories in these zones. Upon taking control, guilds can build structures on regions under control for more play-to-earn rewards and compete for seasonal tournament rewards.
BOSSBULLS is the first Mafia-Themed, NFT-based collectible game. It is an Idle-game where everyone can explore and fight together in the Bullsland universe.
Boss Bulls consist of 2,222 hand-drawn Unique NFTs in BULLSLAND. Each of Boss Bulls has a different Ranking related to a wide range of Characteristics and 5 Different Rarity. Only 10 “BIG BOSS” exist in BULLSLAND. Each of BIG BOSS has been created with its own story and is completely unique. Boss Bulls will be upgradeable by having items from the BULLS store.
Aside from Boss Bulls, there are Female Bulls. Some missions in-game will be open for Female Bulls only. Each bull is unique and has different rankings related to a wide range of characteristics. The game is set to launch soon (April 2022 based on their roadmap).
