Document and Information Integrity

Some of our public documents and information are notarized by the LNFTxHABN permissioned blockchain. This is a process whereby documents are hashed and persisted in that blockchain at a particular time.
If a blockchain notarized document is amended in the future, the hash of the amended document will not match that of the previously notarized document (meaning that the information therein has changed). This gives certainty that the contents of a document existed at a particular time and were not varied. In turn, our process ensures that there is a source of accurate information protecting against fakes and scams.
- Document Updates
We’re not perfect and acknowledge that some of the information we publish may contain typos, grammatical mistakes and other comprehension issues. In addition, over time, we may change our terms, website content, etc. which are deemed relevant to our members.
Since we manage our time judiciously in the running of our business, we aim to update information on a regular basis as follows: (a) Matters of critical importance: as soon as possible, (b) Matters of substantial importance: within 7 days, (c)Matters of grammar, comprehension, etc.: within a month.
The changed document will be persisted again in the blockchain with an updated version number. This creates a de-facto integrity chain of information and that no information can be updated out of sight.

The following foundational documents have been notarized by the LNFTxHABN blockchain on 12 May 2021 and are available here under the Loot NFT Co LLC Folder.
The following are the particulars of the blockchain notarization. Over time, we may add additional documents to the LootNFT Folder.
