Launching Themes Outline
--
This document is a guide to creator’s agents in the curating of works (also called “Creations”) based on the Loot NFT requirements. It is essential to know that NFTs are a unique digital right embodying the works being listed for Loot NFT auctions (an online section called the auction arena). Each creation must therefore be unique, on Loot NFT, and belong to a set of 5 NFTs.
Each set has a theme to which the creation must fit in.
Themes can be very diverse from sets covering countries, such as Summer in China, sports collectibles (e.g. Football Classic Matches or Personalities (e.g. The OGs of Crypto) and more. NFTs in any theme can cover classical art pieces, abstract paintings, celebrity notes and photos, videos, sculptures, mechanical objects, etc.
Hence, a theme is key to guide creators on their creations. They must describe their creation in a couple of sentences which is relevant to fit under that theme.
Loot NFT will inform its agents and creators pool of upcoming themes.
The following outlines the theme agenda for the first 3 sets.
Testing Phase:
SET 1
Theme: Breathe
Breathe is a collection of 3 physical pieces created by Shubham Hanuman, artist/painter and 2 digital pieces from Kenza Fakira from Mauritius.
Shubham’s dedication towards developing a unique art style and inspiring his fellow artists in his region was very much admired by our team and is the privileged creator of showcasing 3 NFTs in “Breathe” as show opener to Loot NFT. Shubham’s style of allowing the work to unfold as he works is something very unusual and hence resulting in a unique work. He intends to depict the various shades of the recent covid-19 outbreak and how the virus has impacted the world today. Loot NFT considers this essential in determining the performance of the platform and make any tweaks it requires before its official launch on 10 July 2021.
Kenza is a skilled traditional artist with a passion for the animation industry. She has experience in the field of illustration and digital matte painting. Highly familiar with modeling, texturing and lighting. Proficient in industry standard software such as MAYA, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop and 3D Coat. Kenza is described as passionate, detail-oriented and diligent. Her goal is to keep learning and levelling up on a professional and personal level. The animation industry is exciting and constantly evolving and she feels that there is a lot she can learn and give back to the industry as someone with a unique outlook. Kenza will be contributing 2 digital pieces to Loot NFT’s “Breathe” release.
Internal Deadline: 1 June 2021
SET 2
Theme: The Ol’ Creatures
Ol’ Creatures is a collection of fan based creations representing the pioneers and personalities of the cryptocurrency world. This set is a tribute to those who have contributed in making an innovative and authentic system which is now taking over the world. Creators are welcomed to express their views and perspective on these personalities in any way or form. It is advised to research on various cryptocurrency founders to understand the topic. The set will represent the following founders: Satoshi, Vitalik, Ver , Shrem, and Ulrich.
Deadline: 20 June 2021
SET 3
Theme: Heaven was Copied after Mauritius
The beauty of the island captivated the writer Mark Twain, to whom the quote “Mauritius was made first and then heaven; and heaven was copied after Mauritius” is attributed. (Google paraphrase)
The third set’s aim is to mainly showcase Mauritian creators, whether classic painters, sculptors, slam artists, model builders, etc. This is a breakthrough in the NFT business where a specific country is put in the limelight every now and then.
Deadline: 20 June 2021
