We have recently released the second version of the Lootverse Map, which includes the following features:

(1) The set-up of the TIX OTC. This permits miners to obtain a license from the government and establish their OTC stores at the Fund and Lootnance. There are three OTC types within Lootverse: TIX, Vendor, and Loan. The first of these is currently available, and the others will be released shortly (including the X-bridge, which has been redesigned for simplicity). Only TIX and Loan OTC are subject to the Lootian Levy; Vendor OTC is not. Once released, this structure will provide the financial piping of Lootverse, thus simplifying the experience of users and non-crypto users. This will also facilitate access/egress to Lootverse through the Versa non-custodial wallet ($TIX, NFTs, USDC, and suitable assets).

(2) The search bar features quick registration, login links, and ads. Unlike Google, the cost for ads is burned (in TIX).

(3) The inclusion of points of interest/landmarks, information, and transactional sliders for all markers. The description, imagery, and media assets will be added in the coming days and weeks.

(4) The ability to log in, register from the map, and access all core sites directly (not applicable to portals or wormholes). Login for Lootian core sites will soon be shifted to lootverse.com (users cannot log in from the Arena, Satoshi’s Lounge, Medici Principality, or Government directly). Once logged in, the Lootmark icon can be clicked to access the Fabric Quicklinks. Users will be automatically logged into the relevant sites. Exempt from this are portals that may require users to log in at their portals.

(5) The ability to comment and rate portals and landmarks through the sliders (in addition to other information). Each comment costs 0.02 TIX, with 0.01 TIX being burned and 0.01 TIX going to the portal owner. This functionality will also be employed for the Lootmark function (bookmark and follow functionality).

(6) The ability to view all plots (districts) owned by someone directly from the map. This will soon be extended to show plots available for sale (buy-it-now) and heat maps of the most and least expensive regions (from the map).

(7) URL extensions for each portal, allowing users to be sent directly to map markers.

(8) The Library of Lootverse now includes various documents along with Lootian Legislations.

(9) The inclusion of light-year scales in the Sky Map.

(10) Video accessible directly from our partner, Vimeo. Our brief welcome video (by yours truly) can be accessed by clicking The Government pin and then the play button.

(11) Placeholders for terrain, weather, satellite view, Lootmark, Health and Wealth, and News and Feeds.

(12) The Lootverse Gazette’s release and the Fabric Bar’s first basic layout. This will eventually enable portals hosted at third-party providers to interact seamlessly with Lootverse.

(13) Access to Lootnance for Councillors opened today (April 5, 2022). Authenticating with Lootnance will soon be significantly simplified and available from the map.

(14) The old world (world.lootnft.io) is being kept as a historical site. In addition, all core sites will soon be migrated to the lootverse.com domain. NeoWorlder (lootnft.io) will serve as a corporate/foundation site and provide third-party resources to the ecosystem.

(15) Other upgrades to core sites include URL referral links and additional features for Type Ps and Bs lands.

The upcoming release will include features such as KYC, Health Points, and bid limits in the last 11 seconds in the arena. Health Points will enable the minting of NFTs by any portal operator, as well as weapons, shields, and games. Health points are purchased with TIX, which means that weapons and shields will have different power levels based on the tokenomics of the TIX. All TIX used to purchase health points is burned.

As with all releases, we invite feedback to improve the Lootian Core technology. During this experimentation stage, please notify us of any issues you encounter so we can resolve them promptly.

We have made considerable progress toward our vision in a brief period of time. We will continue to move forward collaboratively until our full vision becomes a reality.
