Headphones and a Playlist

I lay back, put my headphones on, and press play
Vibing to my favorite songs, both old and new
Songs with the power to locate misplaced memories

And revive deeply felt moments that may have been forgotten
Moments dubbed on the turntable of my emotions
And packed away to collect dust in the attic of my mind
