So here is a reminder of what you can do to show care for yourself.

Meditation, prayer, and communing with nature are all methods to help remove negative thoughts and to stop reliving—ruminating—reliving any negative experiences and thinking about how you might have responded differently. This rumination, this worry, does not solve any problems, and it wastes your time.
