This is a super handy snack based on ingredients used throughout the cookbook. Just keep some baked marinated tofu slices on one fridge container, and in another fridge container, keep some soft boiled garlic cloves.

As a simple healthy snack, just place a couple garlic cloves on top of a slice of the tofu, which can be remarkably addictive.
