This smoothie is a celebration of the fruits that have the lowest amount of carbs per volume, compared to most sweet fruits — excluding avocados, olives and tomatoes, of course — namely raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

Simply swap out the main green ingredient of the Creamy Green Smoothie — the kale, spinach, mixed greens etc. — and replace it with one of the low carb fruits (or a mix of them) mentioned above. This smoothie should be reserved for cheat meals for those with weight loss goals.
