Dill Rice

low carb vegan recipe

1 package konjac rice, 398g
1 tbsp garlic flavored extra virgin olive oil (drizzle to taste)
1 tbsp fresh scissored dill pieces
A pinch of saffron

Rinse and heat the konjac rice in the microwave for 90 seconds on high. Toss with the olive oil, add the dill and saffron, and toss some more to evenly coat the rice with oil, saffron and dill. That’s it, super easy.
