Sweetened Silken Tofu

1 cup silken tofu
1 tbsp (or less) mango flavored white balsamic vinegar

Makes 1 serving.

The dessert tofu you find in the stores is high in sugar. With this version, just take some silken tofu, add a fruit-flavored white balsamic vinegar, stir and eat. Mango is a very popular fruit for Asian desserts, but you can certainly experiment with other flavors.
